Located close to our inner courtyard, the Peace Dome is a magnificent 15-metre geodesic dome. It’s the perfect spot for our daily Crystal Sound Healings and Crystal Meditation sessions and offers a serene and easily accessible retreat.
Our Peace Dome is based on an icosahedron, a spherical polyhedron formed by 20 equilateral triangles. When you’re standing inside, look up and you’ll see a pentagon crowning the dome and five more evenly spaced pentagons midway down. These pentagons beautifully illustrate the Golden Ratio in perfect harmony.
The Peace Dome’s remarkable acoustics are quite noticeable when you stand at its centre and speak or sing. In this ‘sweet spot,’ every sound you make echoes back perfectly, creating a unique and immersive auditory experience, ideal for a Crystal Sound Healing.
When Crystal Castle was first established, even before our first visitors arrived, founder, Naren King and his wife Sono were inspired by the visionary work of 20th-century innovator Buckminster Fuller.
Dreams can be very powerful. The Peace Dome started with one.
