To lower our carbon footprint and expand on our Castle-grown organic produce, we have created our very own organic food garden, from which we harvest fresh seasonal produce daily.
We cater to a large variety of dietary requirements including vegan, gluten free, dairy free and sugar free. We use naturally occurring sugars and unprocessed sugar alternatives in our recipes to enhance the nutritional profile of our fresh treats.

Children’s Playground
The ‘Fireheart’ Crystal Dragon Playground sits right next to the Lotus Cafe, which makes it an ideal spot for children to play while adults watch on over an enjoyable meal or drink at our beautiful cafe.
