Terms and Conditions of Entry

 

Information on how to enter and prize details form part of these Terms and Conditions.
Any entry not complying with these Terms and Conditions is invalid.

 

Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia aged 18 years or older.
Employees of Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens, associated companies, agencies, and their immediate families are ineligible to enter.

By entering this promotion, individuals represent that they are eligible to participate based on these Terms and Conditions.

 

Promotion Period

The Crystal Friday Giveaway promotion runs from Wednesday 3 December 2025, 9am AEDT to Friday 5 December 2025, 9am AEDT (“Promotion Period”). Entries received outside this period will not be accepted.

 

How to Enter

Eligible Entrants must enter during the Promotion Period by completing the following steps:

  1. Follow Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens on Instagram, Facebook or TikTok
  2. Like at least one Christmas Giveaway post
  3. Enter via the form on the Christmas Giveaway landing page

 

Entrants may enter one time only.

The winner will be contacted through direct message and/or email.

 

The Prize is valued at $2969 and includes:

  • 4 x Crystal Castle Annual Passes
  • 4 x Lotus Café lunches
  • 4 x Aura Photo Packages
  • Crystals and jewellery valued at $2,249

 

Prize Draw and Notification

The random electronic draw will be conducted at Crystal Castle, 81 Monet Drive, Montecollum NSW 2482 on Friday 5 December. The winner will be notified via email within 24 hours of the draw and announced on Crystal Castle’s Instagram, Facebook and TikTok accounts within 7 days. If the prize is unclaimed within 24 hours, a re-draw will be conducted within the next 24 hours from the remaining eligible entries. The re-draw winner will be notified via direct message and/or email and announced on the same accounts within 7 days.

 

Prize Conditions

  • The prize is non-transferable, not exchangeable, and not redeemable for cash.
  • The prize does not include additional travel, accommodation, or incidental costs.
  • Prize must be taken as stated.
  • If any element of the prize is unavailable, Crystal Castle reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.

 

Verification and Disqualification

Crystal Castle reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. Entries deemed inappropriate, incomplete, or fraudulent will be invalid.

 

Liability and Privacy

Crystal Castle & Shambhala Gardens accepts no responsibility for:

  • Late, lost, or misdirected entries
  • Technical malfunctions of any kind
  • Any loss or damage (including indirect or consequential loss) suffered in relation to participation in this promotion or use of the prize

All personal information provided will be handled in accordance with Crystal Castle’s Privacy Policy.

 

Publicity

By entering this competition, entrants consent to the use of their name, image, and any submitted materials for publicity and promotional purposes without compensation. Crystal Castle will own the copyright in any promotional imagery or material incorporating the winner’s image.
